The Quad Cities Variety Show celebrated its fifth year in production and featured guest appearances and performances by some of the most talented youth from across the Iron Range. The evening full of performances took place on June 1st this year! The evening performances were filled with music, dance, comedy and so much more. Proceeds raised from the Show will help send 40 area Iron Range Youth in Action (IRYA) students to rebuild homes for the victims of Hurricane Katrina this summer.
This variety show included over 50 performers, from talented new artists to returning favorites. Some returning to the program included Blaine Hanson, Jessica Campbell, Preston Gunderson, Addie Larson, Mindi Esala and Katie Tomasetti. The performances included solo and group dancers, and a true variety of musicians including string, brass, inspirational, pop, country, and original songs written by the talented young people themselves.
